It was in my first Reiki class with Frans Stiene/The International House of Reiki that I discovered something called the True Self. The pure soul. You, without all the baggage you've learned.

 

How do we rediscover this True Self? By learning to first release the stress and anxiety of every day life that keeps us from realizing our innate peaceful nature. Mikao Usui, the founder of Reiki, believed "the purpose of life was to attain your maxium state of peace of mind,"* to reach your highest potential. To help us he gave us the System of Reiki.

 

In the classes you'll learn how this system works, and how practicing it diligently will strengthen your energy and your spiritual development. You'll let go of those emotions and feelings that no longer serve you, and awaken to  your true nature.
